Director of Customer Experience

At Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and success. As the CX Enablement Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer experience strategy and ensuring its seamless execution across various regions.
CX Strategy Implementation:
Develop and oversee the delivery of customer experience strategies that align with our global standards, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements that elevate the quality of customer interactions.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead ongoing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of customer-facing teams through training and development programs, leveraging feedback and performance data to inform strategic decisions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience success and drive continuous improvement.
Tools Management and Selection:
Manage our customer experience program and the 100% customer satisfaction program, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results. Utilize data analytics to inform tool selection and optimize survey responses, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and valued.
Requirements:
We're seeking a highly organized and analytical individual with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on generating insights from customer experience data. Bilingual French and English proficiency is a must, with a valid passport for international travel.
