The Opportunity:

At PBS Systems, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As an expert in our Dealer Management System (DMS), you will provide top-notch training and support to our customers, helping them to maximize the potential of our software.

The Role:

As a PBS Automotive DMS Trainer, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored training and support to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for training customers on our Parts and Inventory modules, as well as assisting with virtual training, online and on the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an understanding of our PBS software and its various modules.
  • Deliver high-quality training and support to our customers, both virtually and on-site.
  • Assist customers with data entry and other key tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements of our software, and share your knowledge with our customers.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
