Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at OMERS / Oxford Properties Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, and that our tenants are satisfied with their experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of our commercial properties, including the coordination of maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that property objectives are aligned with corporate initiatives.
- Manage the coordination, completion, and communication efforts with tenants before, during, and after tenant changes or updates.
- Lead and direct property teams in the completion of their duties, ensuring that those duties are constantly aligned with property objectives.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in real estate or a related business field.
- 5 years of industry experience in a commercial property management role.
- Industry designation(s) considered an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
