Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at Oxford Properties Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our tenants receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of our properties, including the coordination of maintenance and repairs, and the management of tenant relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of our properties, including the development of business plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that our properties are aligned with our company's overall business objectives.
- Manage and develop a team of property managers and administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Ensure that our properties are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and that we are meeting our corporate social responsibility obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial property management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
