We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Duka Property Management Inc.
Job Summary:The Property Management Agent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all lease agreements are met, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
- Ensure that all terms of lease agreements are met, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and coordinate the implementation of repairs and renovations.
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
- Prepare expense and income reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, and respond promptly to any issues or concerns.
- 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- 5-10 people supervised.
- Criminal record check required.
- Public transportation available.
English.
Work Schedule:40 hours per week.
