Job Title: Property Management Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Duka Property Management Inc.

Job Summary:

The Property Management Agent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all lease agreements are met, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Ensure that all terms of lease agreements are met, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and coordinate the implementation of repairs and renovations.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare expense and income reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, and respond promptly to any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions:
  • 5-10 people supervised.
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Public transportation available.
Language:

English.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week.
