About the Role

Fix Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our franchisees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure quality control and warranty compliance.
  • Estimate Reviews and Coaching: Review estimates and provide coaching to franchisees on estimating systems and best practices.
  • Customer Interaction Documentation: Document customer interactions, including problem resolution and follow-up requirements.
  • Collaboration and Escalation: Collaborate with area managers and other teams to escalate issues and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training on insurance guidelines, estimating systems, and other technical topics.
  • Operational Malfunction Analysis: Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide timely resolutions.
  • Franchise Support: Provide support to franchisees with various requests, including information, assistance, and redirection to appropriate personnel.
  • Closing Files and Payment Requests: Support franchisees with closing files, payment requests, and other administrative tasks.
  • Catastrophe Support: Provide coverage for catastrophes and other critical situations.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Driver's License: Valid Canadian driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Travel: Ability to travel extensively in the region covered and sometimes elsewhere in Canada.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of industry experience.
