About Smile:

Smile powers loyalty programs for over 40,000 eCommerce merchants, rewarding over 100 million people. With rapid growth, especially in the accelerating eCommerce landscape, we need a skilled leader to drive sales expansion through agency partnerships.

We're seeking a Head of Partnerships to establish a successful partner program from scratch. As a senior-level individual contributor, you'll excel in building and maintaining agency relationships while strategizing for future growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with existing connections within the SaaS or tech industry as a plus. You'll stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities to identify and close new partnership deals that drive revenue and enhance Smile's market position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. New Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and close new partnership opportunities with agencies to expand our business.
  2. Driving Sales: Work closely with agency partners to promote Smile's latest offerings, ensuring they have the necessary marketing and sales enablement collateral.
  3. Analytical Mindset: Interpret data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
