Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Membership and Operations to join our team at Cheer Sport Sharks Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our membership and operations strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement membership and operations strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operations
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Represent the organization in external forums and build strategic partnerships
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in membership and operations leadership
  • Proven track record of driving growth and engagement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
