Job Summary

This permanent, 32.5 hour per week position involves performing various tasks related to facilities maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, distributing clean towels and toiletries, handling and reporting lost and found items, attending to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing basic information on facilities, picking up debris and emptying trash containers, washing windows, walls and ceilings, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have experience an asset. If you do not have any degree, certificate or diploma, that is okay as well. You should also be comfortable with repetitive tasks and be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing and walking throughout your shift.


Benefits and Compensation

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer competitive compensation, estimated at $23.45 per hour based on industry standards. This hourly rate translates to approximately $48,676 per year, assuming a full-time schedule.
