About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at AM PM CLEANING SERVICES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff
    • Oversee the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates
    • Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Conduct cost analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to cleaning staff.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
