As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure that our cleaning operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to our cleaning staff to help them resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on cleaning operations, including metrics on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
