About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Six Brix Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure that all cleaning services are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and manage the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that our facilities are well-stocked and equipped.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and clients to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
