Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor at Shiny Trucks Detailing & Polishing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
