About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Manager to join our team at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 98. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including financial statement audits and event management
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including hiring and training staff
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and accounting software
