Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising sales workers and coordinating activities to ensure the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise as needed
- Sell merchandise to customers while ensuring excellent customer service
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in organizing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure stock is adequate and up-to-date. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate your team will be essential in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
