Insurance Claims Auditor

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Claims Auditor to review and improve our current claim handling processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of insurance P&C senior claims handling experience and 5 years of experience performing claims audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze claim handling processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance audit results.
- Train remote teams on optimal performance and claim handling best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of insurance P&C senior claims handling experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing claims audits.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience training remote teams.
- Previous relevant TPA experience will be considered an asset.
- University degree and Post-secondary education in an insurance related field working towards full license and CIP designation.
- Excellent data management skills and experience using reporting tools.
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
