Position Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Claims Auditor/Trainer to join our team in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid, or fully remote working arrangements. As a successful candidate, you will review current claim handling processes, identify gaps, and make recommendations for process improvement. You will also create documentation and facilitate training sessions for optimal performance and improved audit results.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of insurance P&C senior claims handling experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing claims audits.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience training remote teams.
  • Previous relevant TPA experience will be considered an asset.
  • University degree and Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field working towards full license and CIP designation.
  • Excellent data management skills and experience using reporting tools.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
