Customer Service Expert for Custom Goods Manufacturer

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Expert to join their growing team at a well-established, stable custom goods manufacturer in Mississauga, ON.
The Role:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and delivery inquiries.
- Process orders and warranties accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer care policies and procedures.
- A successful candidate will typically have a background in customer service or administrative roles, with experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including email and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, executive assistance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A base salary of $60,000-75,000 per year.
