We are looking for a Lead Consultant, Training Solutions to become a vital member of our People First HR Services (PFHR) team.

This role is essential in steering and implementing people and culture strategies for our diverse clientele across the nation.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Consultant, Training Solutions:
  • Manage projects aimed at delivering people and culture strategies to clients across Canada.
  • Evaluate and recommend strategic Human Resource solutions, including Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Coaching & Assessments, Investigations, and Total Rewards/Compensation.
  • Set objectives and create implementation plans to ensure high-quality outcomes within designated timelines.
  • Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data.
  • Identify and address issues crucial to your clients' strategic and operational success.
  • Utilize analytics and industry insights to offer business-oriented solutions to our clients.
  • Generate both qualitative and quantitative analyses using diverse data sources.
  • Design talent management strategies to meet organizational goals and needs.
  • Facilitate presentations, workshops, and client training sessions focused on product solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other divisions to ensure innovative and high-quality service delivery to our clients.
  • Develop and implement business strategies.
  • Engage in business development initiatives, networking, and client relationship management to foster the growth of the division and enhance the strategic HR portfolio.
Qualifications for Success as a Lead Consultant, Training Solutions:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR or management consulting, showcasing critical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training and developing training programs.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with teams of varying sizes, adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • The capacity to foresee the short and long-term impacts of decisions and adopt a comprehensive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions that deliver business value.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with leadership qualities.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, utilizing logic and experience to assist in developing client solutions.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, emphasizing consultation and collaboration to forge effective partnerships.
