Key Responsibilities of the Lead Consultant, Learning and Development include:
Manage initiatives focused on people and culture strategies for clients nationwide. Evaluate and offer insights to organizations in need of strategic Human Resource solutions, including: Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Coaching & Assessments, Investigations, and Total Rewards/Compensation. Set objectives and create implementation strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes within designated timelines. Conduct thorough analyses (occasionally complex) based on client and market data. Identify and address issues critical to your clients' strategic and operational success. Utilize analytics and industry knowledge to provide business-centric solutions to our clients. Generate both qualitative and quantitative analyses using diverse data sources. Design talent management strategies to meet organizational goals and needs. Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions focused on product solutions. Collaborate with team members and other divisions to ensure we are innovating and providing exceptional service to our clients. Develop and implement business strategies. Participate in business development efforts, networking, and client relationship management to support the ongoing growth of the division and enhance the strategic HR portfolio.To excel as a Lead Consultant, Learning and Development with People First HR Services (PFHR), you will need:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR or management consulting, demonstrating critical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources. Proven experience in facilitating training and developing training programs. A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with teams of varying sizes under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. The capacity to foresee the short and long-term effects of decisions and approach problem-solving holistically. Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions that deliver value. Excellent communication skills complemented by leadership qualities. A knack for problem-solving, applying logic and experience to develop effective solutions for clients. A solutions-oriented approach, emphasizing consultation and collaboration to foster strong partnerships. A commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement. Attention to detail with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects while adhering to tight deadlines, including last-minute adjustments.
