Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at KC HR Services Inc. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Supervision: Supervise other workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Reception Duties: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Working HoursThis is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule of 32 to 35 hours per week.
