About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at KC HR Services Inc. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Reception Duties: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours

This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule of 32 to 35 hours per week.
