We are a dynamic and growing law office seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the legal profession.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement. As a Senior Litigation Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our litigation lawyers, managing complex files, and ensuring compliance with court procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to litigation lawyers, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Manage complex files, including reviewing and organizing case materials, drafting correspondence, and coordinating with clients and other parties.
  • Ensure compliance with court procedures, including preparing and submitting court documents, managing deadlines, and communicating with opposing counsel.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of civil litigation procedures, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a litigation legal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
