Job Summary

CaptiveAire is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales and Engineering Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality AutoCAD-driven submittal drawings for our standard products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to mechanical contractors, engineers, and equipment dealers via phone and written communication.
  • Generate quotes, offer remote monitoring support, and perform other engineering tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a mechanical- or construction-oriented curriculum with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or later.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong desire to serve customers.
