BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST

NRT Technology Corp. is a prominent player in the FinTech sector, recognized for delivering cutting-edge commerce and information solutions to enterprise clients globally. We are committed to excellence and are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to become part of our vibrant team.

Reporting directly to the Director of the Innovation Group, the Business Solutions Analyst will be tasked with researching, developing, and documenting Business and Functional Requirements for NRT's diverse range of products to facilitate Software Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various stakeholders to analyze, develop, and document software solutions
  • Create Project Artifacts such as Scope of Work, Data Flows, Use Cases, and Workflow Diagrams
  • Support additional projects as directed by the Director of the Innovation Group

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Comprehensive understanding of Software Development Processes and Methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
