About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Avant Techno Solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying business requirements, designing and implementing information systems solutions, and providing strategic advice on information systems management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering
    • Confer with clients to identify business needs and requirements
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations and processes
  • Information Systems Design and Implementation
    • Design, develop, and implement business solutions using various information systems technologies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes
  • Information Systems Strategy and Management
    • Provide strategic advice on information systems management and service delivery
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective information systems management
  • Security and Risk Management
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
    • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
  • Client Support and Services
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and services
    • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week
