Job Description:

As a Business Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and delivering solutions that enhance our client offerings. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including investment management, trust services, and technology teams, to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and process improvements in Wealth Management and Trust Services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements that align with best practices in wealth management and trust services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs, enhance client experience, and support the growth of our wealth management and trust services.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, client portfolios, and market trends to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve service delivery.
  • Documentation: Develop detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are aligned with business objectives and that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Testing and Validation: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and function as intended in a live environment.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new processes, systems, and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, CFA) is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Wealth Management and Trust Services.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process modeling, and delivering business solutions.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products, trust services, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and familiarity with wealth management software platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
