The successful candidate will be tasked with investigating, formulating, and documenting business and functional specifications for our software development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of the Innovation Group, the Business Solutions Analyst will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders to evaluate and devise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with Sales Teams, Clients, Software Architects, and External Vendors to create software solutions
- Produce and secure approvals on various project documentation
- Establish project scope, data flows, and use case scenarios
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Over 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Comprehensive understanding of Software Development Processes and Methodologies
- Proficient in English; proficiency in French is an advantage
