About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our insurance customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling inbound calls and meeting client expectations by providing them with accurate information, understanding their needs, and offering value-added solutions.

  • Securing new business and/or retaining existing business by identifying opportunities and taking personal initiative to resolve client problems.

    ">">
  • Ensuring clients receive optimal service at a level that meets their needs, personally or by referring them to the appropriate partner (internally or externally).

    ">">
  • Taking ownership of client concerns, building ownership and accountability at first point of contact through client-focused behaviors, ensuring when necessary, the escalation process is followed.

  • Processing applicable paperwork for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

    ">">
  • Meeting monthly sales and retention goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve clients with English and French-speaking needs.

  • Solid aptitude for listening, establishing rapport, and finding the right solutions for customers.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-resolution skills.

  • Ability to navigate between multiple systems.

    ">">
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as our Centre is open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to better help our clients.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
