About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at De Haas Landscape Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of landscape construction projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that projects are being executed in accordance with company standards and specifications.
  • Material Management: Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project completion.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that their projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Specialized Skills: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge, including lawn care and maintenance.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
