Job Title: SAN Storage Administrator/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled SAN Storage Administrator/Engineer to join our team at SPECTRAFORCE. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our storage infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement storage solutions using PMAX, Storage Provisioning process, Zonning, Solution Enabler, SRDF, Clones, Unisphere, Performance Manager, PowerPath, FAST, Thin Provisioning, RAID, and SAN troubleshooting.
  • Administer and maintain Pure Storage and Isilon technologies, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement scripts using Python or Perl to automate storage-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other infrastructure components.
  • Provide expert-level support for storage-related issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in SAN administration, including PMAX, Storage Provisioning process, Zonning, Solution Enabler, SRDF, Clones, Unisphere, Performance Manager, PowerPath, FAST, Thin Provisioning, RAID, and SAN troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Pure Storage administration and Isilon technologies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Brocade SAN switches and CMCNE.
  • Scripting knowledge in Python or Perl.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
