Job Title: SAN Storage Administrator/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled SAN Storage Administrator/Engineer to join our team at SPECTRAFORCE. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our storage infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement storage solutions using PMAX, AFF/FAS filers, Brocade SAN switches, and IBM tape library.
  • Configure and manage storage devices, including Pure Storage and Isilon technologies.
  • Monitor storage resources and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Generate reports and analysis on storage usage to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware failures and performance issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in SAN administration, including PMAX, Storage Provisioning process, Zonning, Solution Enabler, SRDF, Clones, Unisphere, Performance Manager, PowerPath, FAST, Thin Provisioning, RAID, and SAN troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of Pure Storage administration and hands-on experience with Brocade SAN switches, CMCNE.
  • Scripting knowledge in Python or Perl is desired.
