Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sage Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform data entry, prepare reports, and maintain our filing systems.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, order office supplies, and maintain our inventory.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment

Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
