Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Taking and Relay: Take orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that we have a sufficient supply to meet guest demand.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and record sales, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are met.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Language: Proficient in English, the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to cold, hot, noisy, and odorous conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role, requiring the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work for extended periods.
