Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Order Taking: Take orders accurately and efficiently, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Cold/refrigerated, hot, noisy, odours, outdoors.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant, urban area, bistro.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, work under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
