Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and category management. They will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers at our valued chain customers.

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single-point-of-contact for key accounts and execute all services for our customers.
  • Maximize sales results and profitability by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
  • Collaborate with our customers to define needs and provide solutions including providing category management guidance and expertise.
  • Identify and target new business sales opportunities striving for the highest revenue and profit.
  • Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and identity within the marketplace.
  • Develop sales goals and targets; develop strategic sales initiatives and successfully execute these to positive outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI, and value of our company's products/services.
  • Manage Chain program and promotional costs that target increased profit.
