We are a leading producer and distributor of packaged fresh bread, bakery products, and snacks in Canada. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative distribution strategies and go-to-market approaches.
Salary Range$92,000 - $120,000 per year.
Job DescriptionDistribution Strategy DevelopmentWe are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement effective distribution strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement distribution models that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze data to measure performance and make informed decisions
We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party distributors to expand our market reach and improve distribution efficiency.
- Identify and pursue new leads for prospective third-party distributors
- Develop and manage relationships with existing distributors
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance
We need a detail-oriented individual to analyze data and identify opportunities to increase point of sale saturation and maximize market penetration of our products.
- Manage and track point of sale saturation against the full potential universe in Canada
- Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve point of sale saturation
We are seeking a liaison who can work closely with our key accounts team to develop innovative distribution and service solutions for new and existing customers.
- Act as a liaison with the key accounts team
- Collaborate with the key accounts team to ensure accurate maintenance of required data and insights
We need a leader who can offer strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and innovation.
- Provide leadership through project management and process design
- Develop a deep understanding of Field Sales and business requirements
- Identify opportunities for innovation and facilitate the development of creative solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 – 5 years of managerial experience
- Intermediate to advanced PC proficiency (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Post-secondary degree in business, logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented
