Director of Optimization Research

CAE Flight Services is seeking a highly skilled Director, Operations Research to lead our international team specializing in optimization services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical methods to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of operations research professionals to develop and implement optimization solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Design and develop mathematical models to guide development and implementation efforts
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations research
- Master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in optimization solutions and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of mathematical programming models and software development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
