About the Role:

CAT is seeking a skilled Warranty Analyst to join its team. As a Warranty Analyst, you will play a crucial role in submitting warranty claims to suppliers and maximizing warranty recoveries for assigned branches and/or divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze warranty jobs according to supplier guidelines and policies, creating and submitting accurate warranty claims.
  • Liaise with service operations to provide necessary information and documents to maximize warranty recoveries.
  • Meet and exceed established warranty performance targets.
  • Assist branches and internal customers with warranty-related questions and provide helpful information.
  • Effectively communicate, train, and follow policies and changes.
  • Participate in continuous process and system improvement.
  • Perform other relevant tasks related to warranty claims administration, processes, systems, procedures, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Collegial or University Studies, mechanics, or any other relevant training and experience combined with 3 years of experience in Heavy Equipment or equivalent.
