Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Overview:

As a seasoned IT Project Manager at Citi Canada Technology Services ULC, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Clarity, Oracle PeopleSoft, or similar.
