Supervisor, Security Team

Ardent Security and Investigative Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Work
Develop and implement schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and effective task completion.
Emergency Response and CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Team Management and DevelopmentSupervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, providing training and guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Reporting and DocumentationPrepare and submit progress reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of team activities and performance.
Problem-Solving and Technical AdviceResolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements- Education and Certifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.
Personal QualitiesClient focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in security operations.
Working Conditions- Work Schedule
30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call duties.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication.
