Security Team Lead

Job Summary:
Active Security is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a high level of security.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting any security concerns or issues.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the security team.
- Handle emergency situations, such as security breaches or incidents, and take necessary actions to resolve them.
- Train and develop security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Resolve work-related problems and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 people.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong judgment, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Credentials:
- Security Guard License.
- First Aid Certificate.
- CPR Certificate.
