Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Retail Banking team at our Iqaluit branch. In this role, you will assist customers with various financial activities, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will also help customers identify their financial needs and provide solutions through our products and services while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Have a keen eye for detail and perform duties with high accuracy and completeness
- Be punctual and maintain a solid attendance record
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Experience with financial institution software systems is preferred
- Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience is preferred
- Pass acceptable criminal and credit checks
