About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to clients, identifying opportunities for advice and solutions, and leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an exceptional service experience.
- Focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to drive solutions and retain business.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
