Job Description:
This Client Service Ambassador role involves putting clients first and delivering exceptional service experiences through proactive engagement and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities to provide advice, solutions, and digital enablement
- Focusing on education and demonstration to drive client satisfaction and retention
- Cultivating relationships with partners to enhance the overall client experience
- Proactively resolving and preventing client banking problems
- Maintaining knowledge of RBC's products and services to address client queries
