**Responsabilités**:
**Relevant du directeur qualité, le spécialiste qualité client a la responsabilité de la qualité des opérations dans l’usine. Il est responsable de toutes actions liées à l’ITP (Inspection Test Plan) du client et de répondre aux livrables convenus avec ce dernier.**
- ** Être le principal contact de l’inspecteur du client.**:

- ** Assurer la clôture de tous les rapports de non-conformité (RNC).**:

- ** Faire la mise à jour quotidienne du calendrier de production et planifier les points de contrôle (ITP) en conséquence.**:

- ** Effectuer les suivis pour les non-conformités trouvées par l’inspecteur du client.**:

- ** Suivre et procéder à la clôture des constatations dans les délais requis.**:

- ** Participer à l’inspection du produit final conformément aux critères d’acceptation, conjointement avec le client.**:

- ** Accompagner le client dans l’usine et s’assurer que les questions ou doutes soient clarifiés et échanger sur les observations et conclusions potentielles par rapport aux procédures ou documents LM.**:

- **Bâtir une relation de confiance avec le client.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Specialist is responsible for the quality of the plant’s operations. He is responsible for all actions related to the client’s ITP (Inspection Test Plan) and for responding to the deliverables agreed with the customer.**
- ** Be the primary contact of the client’s inspector.**:

- ** Ensure closure of all non-**conformity **reports (NCRs).**:

- ** Perform daily update of the production schedule and plan the inspection Test Plan (ITP) accordingly.**:

- ** Perform follow-ups for non-conformity found by the client’s inspector.**:

- ** Follow up and close findings within the required deadlines.**:

- ** Perform a joint inspection of the final product, according to the acceptance criteria, with the customer.**:

- ** Accompany the customer in the plant and ensure that questions/doubts are clarified and discuss potential observations/conclusions about LM procedures or documents.**:

- **Build a relationship of trust with the client.**

**Conditions**:

- ** Un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise en ingénierie avec une expérience dans la gestion des clients. 1 à 3 années d’expérience dans le manufacturier.**:

- ** Une connaissance de la fabrication de pales combinée à des connaissances explicites sur les outils de qualité, les systèmes et processus, les audits, Six Sigma, PFMEA et la connaissance du plan de contrôle.**:

- ** Connaissances techniques générales dans la fabrication de pales et expérience des points de contrôle de la qualité et des pare-feux.**:

- ** Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit).**

**Requirements**:

- ** A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in engineering with experience in customer management. 1-3years of manufacturing experience.**:

- ** Knowledge of blade manufacturing combined with explicit knowledge of quality tools, systems and processes, audits, Six Sigma, PFMEA and control plan knowledge.**:

- ** General technical knowledge in blade manufacturing and experience with quality control points and firewalls.**:

- ** Strong English communication skill (verbal and writing).**
