Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to cardiac patients with unpredictable outcomes and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Enhance patients' quality of life and consult with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain and advance clinical competence, participate in designated committees, and engage in research projects.
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Recent experience in cardiac care nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory, the indications of drugs used in cardiac care, and nursing problems commonly encountered in cardiac care environments.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,736 - $117,855, depending on experience and qualifications.
