Regional Service Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Service Supervisor to join our team at J.A. Robinson Pump Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Petroleum Service Technicians who provide maintenance and repair services to customers throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Enhance company reputation through exceptional workmanship, quality, and control.
- Perform manual tasks as required while working outdoors in various conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience in an industrial, customer-focused environment is an asset.
- Strong commitment to safety and awareness of provincial and company safety policies.
- High energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and participate in maintenance activities.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with equipment.
- Detailed-oriented and deadline-conscious.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work as a team player and multitask.
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
