Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Rayyan Family. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Establish a daily routine that promotes learning, play, and rest periods.
  • Supervise and care for a multi-aged group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to share daily activities, meals, and any concerns.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Patience, honesty, and a client-focused approach.
Work Environment:

The Child Care Provider will work in a non-smoking, scent-free environment at the employer's home. Optional accommodation may be available on a live-in basis.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Child Care Provider will work 30-40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
