Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Supervise and care for a multi-aged group of children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes rest periods, playtime, and educational activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Criminal record check and a scent-free work environment.
Work Environment:

The work environment is non-smoking and scent-free. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the family.
